All of the beach communities here on 30A are a market unto themselves and within those markets are even micro-markets. In addition to proper pricing, I can help make your property attractive to its ideal buyer… which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a property sitting on the market or a property that sells fast.

I always use professional photography to show off the property in its best light and drone photography to show off the area and its location. Evan has grown up around the home building and real estate business his entire life. Evan attended Maclay School in Tallahassee and graduated from Gulf Coast State College in Panama City. He worked with The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach for two years and went through the world-class Forbes Training Program which enhances service skills and inspires staff to elevate the guest experience.
Evan then joined the Turner Legacy home building team full time working in operations and accounting before getting his real estate license and joining The Premier Property Group at WaterColor on 30A as a Sales Associate. Evan loves life here at the beach and has many friends up and down 30A. When he’s not helping his real estate clients, you can find him playing volleyball at Grayton Beach or kickball over at South Walton.
